Aeroqual Care Package Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with Aeroqual’s standard terms of trade.
A Fair Use policy applies for API usage, email support and phone support.
Phone support outside Aeroqual work hours requires pre-booking, and availability is not guaranteed. Phone calls outside of the Aeroqual Care support package conditions are charged in one-hour blocks.
Discounts on parts includes: filters, pumps, electronics, tubes and fittings, gas and particulate matter sensors and components. Discount applies to list price.
Discount on parts excludes third-party sensors (e.g. wind speed and directions sensors) and services such as factory or field calibration.
Discount on cellular modem applies to list price when purchased with the base unit only and is limited to one modem per unit.
The serial number of the unit covered by Aeroqual Care must be provided at the time of purchasing spare parts in order for the discount to be applied.
Spare parts must only be fitted to the instrument with the serial number provided at the time of purchase.
Discounted consumables are limited to the maximum required to meet the recommended maintenance schedule for the instrument covered by Aeroqual Care.
Discounted gas sensors and components are limited to the maximum required to meet the recommended replacement schedule for your instrument.
Discount does not apply to freight or service kits.
You must comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations and are responsible for all custom duties, V.A.T. and other associated taxes and charges.
You are required to update software to currently published releases prior to seeking service.
Aeroqual is not obligated to renew the Aeroqual Care support package. If Aeroqual does offer a renewal, it will determine the price and terms.
When Aeroqual Care is purchased with an instrument, an additional month will be granted from the date of purchase to account for shipment and commissioning the instrument. When Aeroqual Care is purchased for an existing field instrument the support package period runs from date of purchase unless specified.
Technical support whether by phone or email specifically excludes: data analysis, data interpretation, physical servicing / installation / calibration, cellular connection and service troubleshooting, site selection, instrument network design, third party software or hardware integration, data validation / consultancy, remote calibration, laboratory calibration, solar/battery power design / integration.
