A little about our fenceline monitors

Aeroqual’s fenceline air quality monitoring solutions (Dust Sentry, AQS 1, and AQM 65) are purpose-built for the outdoors and integrated with cutting-edge cloud software to deliver precision air monitoring across a range of applications (from brownfield redevelopment to dust control, occupational health and safety, mining, and more). A rugged IP65 weatherproof enclosure ensures optimal performance even in harsh conditions. A flexible, modular design gives you the freedom to add further gas and environmental parameters as required.

Our fenceline monitoring systems deliver accurate air quality data with excellent correlation to U.S. EPA reference analyzers. These solutions are factory calibrated using reference NIST materials, ensuring data is traceable back to international standards.

Reduce time spent on site and access air quality data and alerts from anywhere while minimizing stakeholder risk.

Particulate matter:

PM1, PM2.5, PM4, PM10, TSP

Gases:

O3, NO2, CO, CO2, SO2, VOCs, H2S, CH4, benzene, nitrogen oxides (NOx)

Meteorological:

Temperature, humidity, noise, barometric pressure, precipitation, solar radiation, wind speed and direction

Key technology of our fenceline air quality monitors

Our fenceline monitoring solutions utilize best-in-class air sensor technology to deliver highly accurate, defensible data you can trust. Discover some of the key features that make Aeroqual the optimal choice for consultants.

Pumped sampling system and inlet heater

Software optimized for local regulations

Rugged and portable enclosure

Rugged and portable enclosure

Built for purpose, with an IP65 waterproof enclosure. Features solar shielding armor and high-reflective powder coating, reducing the thermal impact on measurement and components. Integrated Thermal Management System available for optimal performance in extreme climates (AQM 65 only).

If your fenceline monitors need to be moved regularly, a lightweight 15-hour lithium-ion battery option is available (region dependent).

Automatic baseline correction (ABC)

Automatic baseline correction (ABC)

Pioneered by Aeroqual, automatic baseline correction (ABC) continuously auto-corrects the ‘zero’ baseline for gas measurement every 60 seconds, eliminating cross-interferences and measurement drift, and producing reliable near-reference performance.

Interference-free measurement

Interference-free measurement

The NO2 module design incorporates an electrochemical sensor with Aeroqual’s Automatic Baseline Correction (ABC) technology, maintaining measurement stability. An integrated O3 filter guards against interference for exact NO2 measurement.

Reference calibration

Reference calibration

The AQS 1 and AQM 65 are factory calibrated using NIST traceable reference materials - the same used to calibrate U.S. EPA FEM analyzers. The high-purity gas standards are prepared under ISO 6143, ensuring traceability to reference materials from National Metrology Institutes.

Pumped sampling system and inlet heater

Pumped sampling system and inlet heater

A pump sampling design provides a reliable flow of air to the sensor modules, no matter the conditions. Built-in filters protect gas sensors from airborne dust, extending the instrument’s operating life.

An integrated inlet heater reduces the effect of high humidity on particulate measurement, ensuring more accurate measurements.

Software optimized for local regulations

Software optimized for local regulations

Go beyond simple data acquisition with remote two-way communication for better data and more efficient operation. Wireless and cellular data connectivity available. An optional remote technical support service maximizes the useful life of the sensors while keeping high-quality data flowing.

Aeroqual Cloud currently supports SCAQMD Rule 1466 and simplified NY DER-10, with more regulations to follow.
